All prescriptions issued through our service are subject to a clinical assessment by one of our registered pharmacist prescribers or clinicians. Completing a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

You will only be charged for a prescription order once it has been approved by our pharmacist. If your order is not approved, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked, discreet postal service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect address details provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our control. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, cancellation is not possible, and a refund cannot be issued, in accordance with UK medicines regulations.
If your medication arrives damaged or there has been a dispensing error, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Subscription or repeat services may be cancelled at any time with reasonable notice, provided no order has already been processed for the upcoming cycle.
